Ex-works "Black Five" 4-6-0 No.44862 (1A) stands on the slip road on 28th March 1965.In August of that year she was transferred to Carlisle Kingmoor (12A), where she lasted a further two years before withdrawal in August 1967

A rare visitor! ex-LMS 2P 4-4-0 40646 is at Annesley MPD 6th May 1962, prior to working a RCTS special to York & Darlington (with 30925). Built at Crewe Sept 1931. Withdrawn after this trip from Bescot (21B)Previous | Next45184 backs off the turntable road at Annesley 11 Sept 1965. She was withdrawn from Chester (6A) later the same month.
